Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Brio waitlist or using the Brio iOS app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

3. Your Account & Profile

You are responsible for the content you post — photos, prompts, messages — and for your interactions with other members. You grant Brio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. Community Guidelines

To keep Brio safe and respectful, you agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent yourself.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Post nudity, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • Solicit money, run scams, or promote commercial activity.
  • Use the Service if you are under 18.

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Brio may offer paid features. Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until canceled. You can manage or cancel in your iOS settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's policies.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Brio screens accounts but cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Always meet in public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
